The project, goals
The Dossier Manager Academy Project is an innovative initiative in the cosmetic regulatory field, promoted by INT.E.G.RA. with the aim of creating a network of excellence and professionalism among industry operators.
Dossier Manager is offered, together with its qualified staff, during training days at the best Italian universities, so that students can become familiar with the leading method in Italy for managing cosmetic documentation and access advanced tools for managing regulatory dossiers.
The decision to integrate Dossier Manager into the curricula of universities and professional institutes aims to give students the preparation they need to face the challenges of the working world, with a better understanding of the procedures and regulatory requirements of the cosmetic sector.
The Academy Project allows them to acquire practical and specific skills in the field of regulatory dossier management and all functional activities in the cosmetics sector.
It is a concrete commitment by INT.E.G.RA. to promote educational and professional excellence in the cosmetic regulatory sector, giving students the tools and skills they need to succeed in their future careers.
The project, the universities
University of Ferrara
Cosmast is a two-year postgraduate training programme at the University of Ferrara.
Its aim is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge on the development, production and marketing of cosmetic products.
University of Milan
The Advanced Course in Cosmetic Sciences of the University of Milan aims to provide the theoretical and applied foundations that help graduates with scientific and technological skills enter the cosmetic sector.
In particular, it provides integrated expertise combining knowledge of cosmetic products with knowledge of the skin district (skin, skin appendages and mucous membranes), enabling participants to play a key role in the cosmetic industry with greater professionalism and competence.
University of Pavia
The Master Universitario in Scienze Cosmetologiche of the University of Pavia aims to provide advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Legislation, Technology, Control and Assessment of Cosmetic Products.
The master's programme stems from the needs of the Italian territory, home to countless small and medium-sized industrial companies in the cosmetic production chain, such as producers of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, not to mention the packaging industry, which counts some of the world's largest manufacturers in Italy.
University of Urbino
The Master in Scienze e Tecnologie Cosmetiche of the University of Urbino aims to provide advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of the many disciplines within Cosmetic Science and Technology: formulation, legislation, quality control, safety and efficacy of cosmetic products, including the principles of dermatology, physiopathology and toxicology.
The course ends with training focused on the principles of business management and sustainability, branding, marketing and mentoring.
ITS Nuove Tecnologie della Vita
The post-diploma higher technical training institute ITS Nuove Tecnologie della Vita offers chemistry courses applied to the cosmetic field. The course lasts two years and, after passing the State exams, a level V qualification diploma is awarded.
What makes an ITS special is that the course already includes a curricular internship of about 800 hours, which often leads to a permanent contract.
