Solutions, platform
It connects to your management system, installs the way you prefer and speaks your team's language.
Solution, ERP connection
The DM Batcher module allows the exchange of data between the Dossier Manager database and other databases.
Much of the basic information, such as item master data and formulas, is often already available in other software used in the company. To avoid copying errors and save time, DM Batcher exports this information from any management software into DB Transito, the open database provided by Dossier Manager.
Solution, installation
Three configurations, from a single device to the cloud: choose the solution that suits you best.
A
This is the simplest configuration and involves installation on a single device.
It is appreciated for a first approach, in which a single user becomes familiar with the method before extending it to the rest of the organisation, or for small companies.
B
The software and database are installed on the company server and users access them in Terminal Server mode. The basic licence includes the software, the database and the access right for one user.
Access is possible from any device connected to the network, is personal and linked to an ID and password. N additional licences can be added.
With the appropriate settings, the server can also be accessed from outside the company and from non-PC devices (for example Mac).
C
The Cloud licence frees the user from all installation and technology management issues.
It is advantageous for many uses: from the classic company use to consultancy firms, universities and students.
It allows easy access from any device, with performance normally higher than that of a company infrastructure accessed from outside.
Solution, languages
The Dossier Manager method for managing the cosmetic document is valid throughout Europe.
The intuitive, easy-to-use user interface, as well as report output, can be set in Italian, Spanish, French, German and English.
